FAQ's/Shipping and Return Policy

When will I receive my order?
 
If you choose shipping, all orders are shipped within 48 hours and have a delivery frame of 1-7 business days (depending which shipping method you choose at checkout.) In the event that your order says arrived but has not, then a claim will need to be made with the shipping company. Don’t worry, we will help with this.

Do you deliver outside the Northwest Indiana area?

Yes, we ship via USPS/FedEx and we offer same day delivery on the DoorDash app. We are not offering delivery services at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What is your refund policy?

NO Refunds are offered unless if your order was incorrect or damaged. We take video proof of packing and shipping to avoid this problem. We allow exchanges on unworn items if they don’t fit and we have been notified about the situation within 48 hours after delivery receipt. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping within 7 days after delivery receipt. Absolutely no refunds on sex toys or undergarments whatsoever.

Is everything “on hand” or is it ordered from a dropshipping partner?
Everything we offer on our website is on hand. We deliver via DoorDash so all items MUST be on hand to fulfill orders placed there. Currently none of our products are drop shipped. If you’d like to see the actual item prior to shipping, just contact us and we will contact you so that we can show you the product.
Need to cancel your order?
No worries, as long as it is not shipped we can cancel but we do charge a 25% cancellation fee due to non refundable fees that we pay when you place your order.
